Best places: Boat ramps in Fruita, United States

👍👍 The Dillon Marine Park Pavillion area was very beautiful in the snow. Dillon reservoir and the surrounding mountains look incredible frozen over and in the summer. There are a few walking trails and benches.

👍👍 Quite the tail water. Great place to fly fish or have fun rafting during the summer. Always look forward to spending time out here.

👍👍 Easy access to the Green River. Terrific views of the dam above and amazing trout fishing on the Green River.

👍👍 Just an FYI that the lake doesn’t open until 8am, and that it closes pretty early. No “early bird gets the worm” type fishers out here, but plenty of rainbow trout and the occasional brown trout or salmon are waiting to be caught! We visited here on a excursion with Go Fish Durango.
