👍👍 Parking. Lots of shoreline access. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Dogs allowed. Swimming allowed but COLD!! It can get very windy here. And evil fisherman leave their lines and hooks behind... Kept pretty clean, I didn't see any trash, but I did almost step on a hook! 😠

👍👍 It is 45 minutes of rock and sand road. Be careful if you go during the rainy season. There is no telephone coverage. It is an incredible place if you travel to camp and stay at least one night. Very good experience.

👍👍 This was the first time we have been to this lake and we loved it. It was a weekend so it was busy but people were friendly and respectful. My husband caught a lot of fish and it was a nice lake to walk around.

😐 State Park and reservoir tucked into a gap between the long Grand Hogback mountains. The water level was quite low, but I still saw some boaters. Rifle Falls is nearby. Very pastoral, sheep farm at Harvey Gap nearby.

👍👍 The hike whooped my butt, however, it was so worth it. We started at 2 AM to summit V2, and then hit Island and Ice lakes on our way down. This is definitely a hard hike. Don't underestimate it. So many people were walking up at noon with nothing but a water bottle in hand.
