👍👍 New vet now. She is wonderful. Sits right down on the floor with my dogs. She explains everything clearly. Gives options for pet care, not just what she wants to do. Glad for the change. The staff is courteous as well

😠 All the staff was great... except the ER doc, Dr. Dan. Zero bedside manner, read through his checklist, didn't ask if I had questions, didn't give recommendations. He's clearly not up to par on the patient experience. Unless you're bleeding, skip going here.
