😐 Chicken was nicely cooked over charcoal, chips were excellent really well cooked. Service was friendly. -1 for styrofoam -1 for not knowing your own menu. Store is accessible although the door is a little narrow. No toilets. Will give you cutlery and tissues.

👍 If you want that juicy fried chicken, this may not be the best place to go. People will go to other brand chains. However, this is CFC the real chewy fried chicken in town. At least I'LL choose this.

🫤 Yeah not good. I've just moved to the area and was really hoping this would be a new fave. So disappointing. Chicken was very dry and smelled like ash. The chips were rubbery. Coleslaw was good and scallop potatoes were OK.

😠 The worst customer service. The owner or a manager is so rude. As I’m ordering he’s rolling up his eyes. He obviously hates his job. 👍👍 Great food and service, very friendly staff member (Harry) prepared my food quickly whilst also maintaining a positive conversation. Chicken was great, nice and moist and the chips were cooked to perfection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to eat.

😠 This is NOT the old Chicken Gourmet from Civic! On top of being advertised as expensive, they charged me more then the price written on the menu (maybe an eftpos fee?) and they do not accept cash.
