Worst rated Costume jewelry shops in Australia

😠 Tried to pay for my items but when i got to the counter and said hi to the cashier, she said hi back then just kept texting on her phone while i stood there. i don’t really care about the customer service, but as someone who works in the customer service industry it’s just embarrassing to watch.

🫤 Not a bad shop, but poorly laid out. It seemed very cramped and didn't promote a good shopping experience, also a lot of the stock was similar to each other which eliminated the veriety that the city location has

😠 Seems the staff find it more interesting to gossip behind the counter rather than serve the customers. At no stage did myself or three other customers be offered assistance.
