😠 The standard of frozen packet food served here should be a source of eternal shame to anybody who is responsible for this pathetic attempt at a restaurant

😠 Paid for 3.5 kgs Barramundy $15/kg. Going home just realize they changed to two small size and bad Barramundy $10/kg. What a disgusting this shop. Never come back.

😠 Terrible customer service and delivery. We just didn't get the food and had to forfeit the money as well. There are no words to describe the appalling service. I wish there was an option for a negative ranking. They don't even deserve the one star. Extremely rude over the phone.

😠 Very disappointing experience. Food was like poor quality pub grub. Some was served luke warm, lobster was tough. Got a hostile reception to my polite verbal feedback so will never go back again.
