What a joke, if I wanted a voucher I would have purchased one and they should be vaild for 3yrs according to consumer affairs. What terrible customer...

😠 I don’t think I’ve ever been left with such an Icky feeling leaving a store. Most staff were so nice, but it only took one to completely take away that experience. If you hate customer service so much you shouldn’t work in retail, coming from someone who has always worked in customer service.
